Sesame Garlic Kale Chips

I cannot wait to make another batch of these tasty little morsels!

I swear, they were a hit in our house the past few days!

AND they are addictive BUT healthy... WHAAAATTT???

Ingredients:

1 bunch of kale (leaves separated from stems, stems thrown out, and leaves broken up into bite size pieces-- washed and completely dry!)
1/4 cup of sesame seeds
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 table spoons olive oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Place kale leaves and then all of the ingredients in a zip lock back and SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE it to get the leaves all coated with tasty deliciousness.
Place coated kale leaves on a baking sheet (single layer, may need two baking sheets)
Bake for 10 minutes, check them, flip them, and take out the pieces that are already crispy (the small ones)... bake for an additional 10 minutes.  If they are still not crispy to your liking, bake 5 more minutes.

EAT!  :)
